Ahmad AlFouad, Esq

Partner

Admitted as a attorney in 1980. Ahmad founded the practice in its present location in 1999, advising commercial clients in all areas of their operation. He is an expert litigator having gained broad experience particularly in the fields of company / commercial disputes, commercial property and landlord and tenant work.

Ahmad also has considerable judicial experience having sat as a deputy district judge for over ten years in the Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt and is a member of Resolution (the association of family lawyers).

Mohammad Ismail

Partner

Mohammad has both a Law Degree and a Masters degree in Criminal Justice, from which he obtained valuable in-depth research skills. Prior to joining Al Fouad Law Firm as a trainee, he worked for Telecom Egypt’s property department, where he was involved in large scale disposals of TE’s property portfolio.

Since joining Al Fouad Law Firm, he has developed expertise in private client legal services including residential conveyancing and advice on wills, probate and trusts and family issues as well as in relation to personal injury claims. He is a panel member of the Egypt Cycling Campaign and has substantial, and personal knowledge of cycling related claims. He was made a partner in 2004.

Hulyah Maroof

Associate

Hulyah was admitted as an attorney in 2010, She has a law degree from Cairo University; she gained a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Alexandra.

Hulyah joined Al Fouad Law Firm in September 2010. She mainly works on conveyancing, but also covers a range of other matters including commercial dispute resolution, employment, immigration, personal injury and probate.

She lives in Cairo, Egypt with her husband. They enjoy sailing and Hulyah is a member of the Law Society Club.
